These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the 88df platform, including all casino games, live dealer services, sports betting markets, slot games, table games, bonus programmes, payment services, account management features, and customer support interactions.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (JazzCash or EasyPaisa registered), and a valid password. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

88df is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals and as part of its compliance obligations. KYC verification at 88df requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method linked to your account (e.g. a screenshot from JazzCash or EasyPaisa showing your name and number);
• Additional documentation may be requested at 88df's discretion, including proof of address or source of funds for large withdrawal requests.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on the account. The minimum deposit at 88df is Rs 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

88df offers a range of promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and VIP cashback to eligible account holders. The following general terms apply to all 88df promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms;
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only. Existing account holders do not qualify for new customer offers;
• Only one welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, device, and CNIC is permitted;

Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirement completion. As a general rule: slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games may contribute at reduced rates (commonly 10–20%); certain games may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely. The specific contribution rates for any active bonus will be stated in that bonus's full terms and conditions, accessible in your 88df account promotions section.

VIP cashback earned through the 88df loyalty programme is credited on a weekly basis (every Monday). Cashback at Gold tier and above is credited to the real-money balance with no wagering requirements. Bronze and Silver tier cashback may carry light wagering requirements as specified in the VIP programme terms. Cashback is calculated on net casino losses during the qualifying period and does not include sportsbook losses unless specifically stated.

88df operates a certified gaming platform where all casino game outcomes are determined by independently tested and certified Random Number Generators (RNG). All games at 88df are played in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Displayed game balances reflect PKR. There are no currency conversion fees for Pakistani players using supported local payment methods.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88df platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds, potential forfeiture of winnings, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, or CNIC;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the account of another person or allowing another person to use your account;

• Engaging in coordinated betting patterns designed to guarantee profit or exploit mathematical weaknesses in bonus structures;
• Placing bets on both sides of a betting market using multiple accounts to guarantee a return (matched betting using 88df bonuses);
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any 88df staff member or other platform user;
• Attempting to access 88df's systems, databases, or code through any means other than the normal user interface.

All content on the 88df platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, interface design, game names (including "Piggy Gold" and other branded game titles), and all other content — is the intellectual property of 88df or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 88df platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any platform content; create derivative works based on 88df content; reverse engineer any game software or platform component; use 88df's trademarks or brand assets without express written permission.

Game content provided by third-party studios (slot developers, live dealer providers, etc.) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to 88df for display on the platform. All rights are reserved by the respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88df and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the 88df platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds through gambling activity (gambling involves risk by its nature);
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or platform downtime;

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have not maintained the security of your login credentials;

Nothing in these Terms limits 88df's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

No person under the age of 21 is permitted to register an account or use any service on the 88df platform. This requirement is enforced through CNIC verification during KYC. 88df will immediately suspend and close any account found to belong to an underage user.

• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are processed within 24 hours of submission.
